Jessie was originally introduced to massage therapy and alternative medicine in her teens and again in her 20's when she experienced work related back pain. Through the combination of massage, yoga and Naturopathic medicine she lives with much less pain, and has since applied her life lessons to her career as an RMT.

Before your treatment, Jessie will discuss your needs as well as how massage therapy and soft tissue manipulation can be helpful to you. Whether you seuffer from a recent injury, you need to "de-stress" or get relief from recurring pain. She will customize each treatment to best suit your needs. As your stress and pain changes, so will each treatment.
