My love for learning about the human body first led me to seeing first-hand how it works through growing up being heavily involved in sports. This love led me to study Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University. While working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with the Canadian Military my interest to a more comprehensively way to help clients led me to Massage Therapy. I have worked with Varsity athletes, clients with scars, post partum and delivering mothers, neurologically and developmentally challenged children and members of a retirement residence. I hope to widen my knowledge with training in Osteopathic Manual Manipulations over the coming years.
